Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role will focus on expanding our market share and securing B2B collaborations through effective execution of our institutional sales strategy.
* This includes actively managing relationships with key accounts, maintaining a high level of client service, and facilitating large volume trades and transactions.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing client documentation during onboarding and establishing processes to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* A strong network within the B2B client segment, particularly across EMEA.
* At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years within a regulated financial services organization.
* Success handling RFPs and institutional collaboration structures.
* C-level experience and negotiation skills.
* Crypto knowledge and existing connections within the blockchain community are highly valued.
