Job Description
Reporting directly to the North of Europe Zone Director and collaborating with the commercial, accounting, administrative, and HR departments, you will develop the company's commercial strategy in Switzerland.
Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and mandatory regulations across all points of sale. You will actively engage with Store Managers on organization, team management, coordination, as well as administrative and commercial aspects.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Profitability: Implement commercial strategies to maximize store profitability. Define sales strategies and action plans, analyze KPIs, and seek growth opportunities.
* Customer Experience: Work with teams and Store Managers to deliver personalized service aligned with group standards and local market needs. Train and support staff to understand customer needs and provide excellent client experiences.
* People Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers. Ensure commercial motivation, training, coaching, and HR support.
* Operations Control: Act as the liaison between points of sale and HQ to organize and manage stock, transfers, commercial actions, and visual standards. Oversee POS opening and closing to ensure smooth operations.
