Head of Production & Realisation (80%)
Responsibilities
* With a view of the whole: Ensuring a high-quality, timely, economical, and cross-channel implementation of all productions in the areas of print, digital, and motion design.
* Reliable in cost control & detail-oriented: Responsibility for preparing cost estimates, budget calculations, as well as billing and post-calculation of projects.
* Structured & careful: Ensuring efficient workflows, continuous optimization of cost structures, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Innovative & performance-oriented: Strategic further development of the area regarding automation including AI, new technologies, tools, quality standards, and cost structure.
* Management of interdisciplinary production processes (print, digital, motion).
Qualifications
* Higher vocational training (e.g., HF Media Management) or comparable further education
* Solid knowledge in print production, media processing, and digital workflows
* Project management competence
* Negotiation skills with external service providers
* Solid knowledge in the production of moving image and motion design projects
* Understanding of digital formats, social media assets, and platform-specific requirements
