Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Mexico (MX) is a high‑powered, dynamic team that shapes the middle‑mile transportation execution and develops innovative transportation management concepts. The goal is to improve and enhance the Amazon Transportation Network and drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost‑efficient manner, every time.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Drive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring a safe work environment for Amazon and non‑Amazon workers.
* Audit and ensure compliance to all standard work, nail the plan, and meet environmental regulations.
* Meet the OTP/OTD target per shift.
* Own area performance metrics and communicate them to the TOM Manager and site leadership.

As part of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), you’ll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using road and air transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you’ll help Amazon’s transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Basic Qualifications
* Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours per week, and overtime as required.
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen).
* Experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
* Experience with six sigma methodologies.
