Lead Commercial Technology Specialist
This role involves driving growth in our Commercial Technology business. You will work directly with clients to address strategic issues and leverage our offerings.
The ideal candidate will manage service delivery commitments, implement client projects, and deliver top-tier technology solutions. They will also innovate and address business challenges through technology, particularly in data strategies and analytics.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Commercial Technology Practice for a region, supporting high growth through deepening partnerships and expanding the customer base.
* Generate new business opportunities by focusing on client issues and bringing novel technology and consulting solutions to market.
* Serve as the primary owner of client engagements, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery quality. Manage client interface and project team for efficient and effective project delivery.
* Serve as a solutions-based expert applying consultative problem-solving skills.
* Identify opportunities and develop tangible and commercial offerings.
* Take a lead role in proposal development.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences or consulting industry.
* Senior business development and sales experience within the B2B market.
* Serves and is recognized as a thought leader in a technical specialty or industry and harvests new best practices to be implemented in project work.
* Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
* Proficiency in German and English languages.
