Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers (veterinary practices and clinics).
2. Analyze customer needs and provide consultation on suitable product solutions, including conducting training.
3. Negotiate and close sales agreements to increase market share.
4. Execute efficient territory planning, route optimization, and market monitoring.
5. Represent Elanco at industry events and document activities in the CRM system.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
6. Completed training in veterinary medicine, natural sciences, or a commercial field.
7. Min. 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in animal health, pharma, or MedTech.
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in German and a valid Category B driving license.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
9. Good knowledge of Italian and English.
10. Existing network in the animal health industry in Central Switzerland and Tessin.
11. High affinity for digital tools (CRM, MS Office) and analytical skills.
12. High level of initiative and structured working style.
Additional Information:
Travel:High willingness to travel within the sales territory (Central Switzerland & Tessin).
