*Job Description** Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Monitor and manage emails, calls, and other communications effectively. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. *The Successful Applicant** *A Successful EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Should Have** Previous experience in a similar role within the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
