Tasks / Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire service on board incl. bar & restaurant
Maintains a high awareness for service orientation and professional guest service
Responsible for all service standards, incl. implementation and training
Responsible for cost controlling, purchase orders, inventories
Main responsibility for compliance with all HACCP requirements
Active presence at all official events
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship or specialized training for F&B
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
In-depth knowledge of all F&B related topics
Professional handling of internal tools such as computerized cash register
Professional communication skills in English and/or German
Leadership skills, team work and expertise
