Tasks / Responsibilities
* Responsible for the entire service on board incl. bar & restaurant
* Maintains a high awareness for service orientation and professional guest service
* Responsible for all service standards, incl. implementation and training
* Responsible for cost controlling, purchase orders, inventories
* Main responsibility for compliance with all HACCP requirements
* Active presence at all official events
Requirements
* Completed apprenticeship or specialized training for F&B
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
* In-depth knowledge of all F&B related topics
* Professional handling of internal tools such as computerized cash register
* Professional communication skills in English and/or German
* Leadership skills, team work and expertise
