The Valmont Group is seeking a Go-To-Market Manager with a strong passion for premium skincare and a strategic mindset for brand development.
In this key pivotal role, you will work closely with the Global Senior Director of Digital and Trade Marketing to drive the growth and global development of our brands across all international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop the 360° Go-To-Market Plan for Professional & Retail Channels that elevate the brand:
· Design and orchestrate integrated launch plans, covering all key components including marketing activations, product assortment strategy, call-to-action definition, digital content development, merchandising guidelines, and the identification of needs related to GWPs, sampling, and promotional materials.
· Create GTM toolkits (launch decks, activation plans, etc.) tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
· Gather insights from markets and customers to continuously improve GTM strategies.
· Ensure launch plans are tailored for and effectively implemented across retail, spa, professional cabin, e-commerce, and travel retail channels.
· Performance monitoring: Track KPIs (sell-in, sell-through, etc.) and optimize plans based on results and market feedback.
· Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, markets, and finance to ensure each launch is both strategically elevated and financially sound, while collaborating closely with product marketing, communications, education and digital teams.
2. Drive markets in their Go-To-Market Execution:
· Act as the key contact and advisor for subsidiaries (NA, China, HK, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, MEA), distributors, and partners on professional & retail initiatives.
· Support local markets in adapting and executing global GTM strategies, ensuring effective implementation and brand consistency through close coordination with regional marketing and sales teams.
· Drive alignment through marketing/training, best practice sharing, and regular communication.
· Monitor launch performance and coordinate corrective action plans when needed.
· Consolidate market feedback and build reporting to share learnings and ensure alignment.
· Market, Competitive Intelligence & Consumer Insights: Leverage data and trends to optimize launch plans, refine product positioning, and shape campaign strategy with a focus on ROI.
· Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in a trade marketing role, brand marketing, preferably in the luxury skincare, beauty, or luxury industry.
· Strong understanding of global beauty market trends and luxury consumer behavior.
· Exceptional strategic skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally and across geographies.
· Fluent in English and French. Another language is a plus.
· Proficiency in tools such as Excel & MS Office (powerpoint, etc.)
