The Business Applications Analysis Group is closely aligned with the business teams and responsible for the analysis, onboarding and prioritization of Partners Group’s major projects. Further, it takes care of the development, customization and on-going enhancement of our applications to best support the global business operations of Partners Group.
Responsibilities
1. Help in developing business case by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats
2. Document clear and concise specification including workflow charts and diagrams
3. Onboard all stakeholders as a part of the process and finalize the scope of work.
4. Define system capabilities and expectations from stakeholders
5. Identify key project milestones, phases and elements
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
7. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
8. Recommend process improvements to senior management
9. For selected projects take the lead role and drive the project.

Requirements:
10. Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related field of equivalent experience
11. At least 5-7 years of experience in gathering technical and business requirements from end users and business unit leaders
12. Strong understanding of capital markets and the financial industry
13. Proficient in SQL to query and analyze data within MS SQL databases
14. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
15. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
16. Ability to work independently and with others
17. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Desirable but not must:
18. Experience in capital markets will be a strong plus
19. Fit in MS Office, especially Excel
20. Proven project management/Business Analysis certification like Prince2, PMP, CAPM, CSM, Agile, Safe etc.
