As a Junior - PMO Support & Reference, you will support project management activities and maintain the reference framework. The position is set in a banking environment that is continuously evolving, marked by increased regulatory requirements, the launch of new products, and numerous cross-functional projects. You will assist the PMO team, closely working with Reference & Projects teams.Missions:- Participate in the update and maintenance of the reference framework (Client forms instructions, project).- Ensure quality, consistency, and document traceability.- Follow up on workflows and maintain a structured and up-to-date project.PMO Support:- Contribute to the update and maintenance of standard documents for project managers (project plans, committee supports, follow-ups, deliverables, checklists, etc.).- Participate in PMO meetings and project support.- Ensure the maintenance and quality of support documents.Profile:CFC, professional, higher education (HES, university) or equivalent experience (internship or CDD) in PMO, reference support, compliance, or banking environment is required. Analysis, synthesis, and writing skills. Ability to structure and simplify information relevant to the Swiss banking sector and its regulatory framework. Comfort in exchanges with business contacts.
