We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Services Coordinator – German Speaking in our London, UK or Manno, Switzerland office.
Department overview
The HR Services Team EMEA is a dynamic, hands‑on, and internationally focused function dedicated to delivering accurate, compliant, and timely HR support across multiple countries. The team manages the full employee lifecycle—from contractual and administrative processes to payroll file preparation, audits, and reporting—ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. They also collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to provide consistent, high‑quality service across the region.
What You’ll Do
* Administration and payroll: work on monthly payroll input activities, administration forms, contracts/offers production. Own HR inboxes, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of employee inquiries.
* Occupational Health: arrange visits with Company’s doctor upon request.
* Systems: maintain T&A and Workday data as needed. Perform regular audit checks on data quality. Take part in new systems implementation projects.
* Benefits: support global Total Rewards team on benefits administration.
* Facilities/IT/L&P support: in countries where there are no local teams, support in the office with ID creation for new starters and any urgent topic.
You’ll Need to Have
* At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Services
* Fluency in English & German
* Experience in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
* Strong Excel knowledge – familiarity with pivot tables, etc
