We are looking for a new team member in the role of Administrative Assistant II (m/f/d) – 100% located in Bettlach (SO), Switzerland.
Type of contract: permanent employment. Start date: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage calendars for executives and team members, coordinating meetings and priorities seamlessly
* Prepare and refine professional documents, presentations, and reports using the Microsoft Office Suite
* Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
* Maintain structured and accessible filing systems (digital and physical)
* Act as a central point of contact, handling communications and ensuring smooth information flow
* Support budget tracking, expense reports, and administrative financial tasks
* Oversee office supplies and ensure a well‑functioning workplace environment
* Plan and coordinate engaging meetings, events, and team activities
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional support
* Contribute to various projects and initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
* Relevant diploma; higher education preferred
* 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in a corporate setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proactive, service‑oriented mindset
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
* Fluent in German and English is a must
