* Preparation and presentation of cold and hot dishes according to recipes and instructions

* Responsible handling and storage of fresh produce, always adhering to HACCP standards

* Active involvement in daily mise en place and service

* Strict implementation of all hygiene, quality, and sustainability guidelines (Zero Waste, seasonal products)

* Supporting or leading a kitchen section (depending on role), including guiding Commis and training team members

* Investing in the ongoing improvement of our food concepts and daily routines

* Communicating proactively and reporting any irregularities or optimisation opportunities

* Completed apprenticeship as a chef/cook EFZ or equivalent three-year vocational training in gastronomy

* You have experience in luxury hospitality or a high‑end/premium restaurant and take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences

* You speak fluent, professional‑level English and are also fluent in at least one of our other main languages (German or French)

* You bring outstanding professional knowledge and a true passion for exceptional service

* A well‑groomed appearance and a confident yet warm presence come naturally to you

* You are a host at heart, dedicated to creating special moments for our guests

* Even in a fast‑paced environment, you remain calm, flexible and a strong team player
