As part of our young and dynamic team, you are responsible for the Work Wear area in this exciting role. You are an ambassador for our brand Würth MODYF and, in close cooperation with the field service staff, expand the existing customer base and continuously maintain your customer relationships. Through specialized consultations, price negotiations, offer preparations, and successful sales closings, you actively shape the customer relationship and thus contribute significantly to the company's success.
In cooperation with the field service staff, you independently organize customer appointments.
You are responsible for a smooth process from inquiry through offer preparation to order and take over communication between customers, internal sales, field service, and suppliers
With the MODYF Work Wear bus personally provided to you, you conduct competent consultations on-site at the customer and systematically support our sales in selling workwear
In cooperation with the team management, you proactively shape the processes and participate in the further development of the team
You are co-responsible for planning and conducting specialized training for existing and new employees.
Requirements
You have completed training in sales (e.g., retail) or a comparable discipline
You enjoy the topics of Work Wear and sales (work experience in the textile industry is an advantage)
You have a valid car driving license (category B)
You enjoy contact with people, are service-oriented, and have strong negotiation skills
You bring a proactive, structured, and independent working style
You bring humor, positivity, and motivation
You have very good written and spoken German skills
Your place of residence is ideally in the Solothurn/Bern region
