Master''s degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years'' experience in a HRBP role or related HR positions, preferably within an international context.Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws.Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in French and Italian is highly advantageous.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Demonstrated leadership and team building abilities, with a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
