The candidate is a commercial lawyer with 5-8 years of post qualification experience able to support a fast-paced environment within dynamic and highly diversified international company. You will form part of a growing, collaborative legal team based in Geneva, with other lawyers based in international offices.Your ImpactReviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts relating to the main activities of the company, including agreements for supply of goods and services, sponsorship agreements, licence agreements, collaborations, flight charters, SAAS agreements, concession agreements, MOUs, NDAs etc.Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensuring the company operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable laws.Contributing to development and implementation of contracting and procurement policies, templates and training materials.Your Journey so farAdmission to the bar or equivalent qualification. European or common law qualification is preferred but not a pre-requisite.Approximately 5-8 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house with exposure to international operations.Perfect command of English (spoken and written).
