Job Description
People Operations
 * Administer end-to-end employee life-cycle activities (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, work permits, etc.)
 * Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS (Lucca), generate reports, and drive process improvements.
 * Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor law.
 * Support in drafting employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related letters.
 * Coordinate social insurances, LPP, APG, and other statutory HR processes with external partners.
 * Ensure compliance with internal Staff Regulations and local employment legislation.
 * Contribute to HR projects, including employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.
People & Culture Support
 * Assist with HR projects such as compensation reviews, benefits roll-out, and policy updates.
 * Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
 * Be a first point of contact for employee queries with professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
 * Contribute to improving processes and automating workflows for greater efficiency.
 * Office Management
 * Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
 * Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture by organizing company events and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience
 * Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
 * 3-5 years' experience in People Ops or similar, ideally in an international setting
 * Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, HR administrative requirements and best practices.
 * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; high attention to detail.
 * Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
 * Fluency in English (both written and spoken); other language an asset.
 * Strong digital skills and HRIS experience (preferably Lucca or similar platforms).
 * Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
