* Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls
* Automation of infrastructure and virtual machine deployments
* Conduct security assessments of platforms and pipelines
* Perform risk analyses and continuously improve security measures
* Identify, analyze, and document ICT security requirements
* Collaborate closely with colleagues from various specialized domains
* Continuously master new tasks and challenges within an agile cybersecurity team
Requirements
Qualifications
* Professional IT specialist training (EFZ) or career transition with additional IT training and initial professional experience
* Additional training in cybersecurity, focused on security engineering
* Advanced programming and scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
* Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and GitLab CI/CD
* Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes is a significant advantage
* Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
* Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good English skills (B2 level)
* Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an asset
