Your challenge
1. Design and own end-to-end process architecture for manufacturing and logistics with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA (PP, MM, WM/EWM)
2. Lead the design and optimization of core processes such as production planning, warehouse management, inventory management and material flow
3. Ensure seamless integration across manufacturing, logistics and quality processes, including interfaces to MES and surrounding systems
4. Drive process standardization and harmonization across global sites while respecting local regulatory and operational requirements
5. Optimize and continuously improve processes such as batch management, serialization, production execution and quality control
6. Apply Clean Core principles while ensuring scalable, maintainable and compliant solutions
7. Translate business requirements into robust process designs and solution architectures
8. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and drive alignment across functions (production, supply chain, quality)
9. Support governance, documentation and audit readiness for regulated environments (e.g. life sciences)
10. Contribute to architectural decisions where relevant (integration patterns, system boundaries, extensibility)
Your qualifications
11. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
12. Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA with strong focus on PP, MM and WM/EWM
13. Proven experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes
14. Strong understanding of production, warehouse and supply chain operations in a regulated environment
15. Solid architectural mindset with the ability to translate processes into scalable system solutions
16. Experience with integration to MES and other shopfloor systems
17. Familiarity with Clean Core principles and SAP standard best practices
18. Experience with SAP BTP or modern SAP technologies is a plus (not the main focus)
19. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
20. Fluent in German and English
