Your accountabilities
Administrative:
* Drafting and preparing mailings in several languages,
* Printing documents,
* Filing data in Excel files and mailings,
* Preparing meetings: agendas, PowerPoint presentations, minutes,
* Booking business trips abroad for employees.
Communication & Events:
* Co-organizing various internal and external events,
* Representing the company at events,
* Co-organizing seminars in Switzerland.
Finance:
* Processing, accounting, and tracking supplier invoices via SAP and Excel,
VAT control,
* Viewing supplier orders in SAP.
Your profile
* High school diploma
* Proficiency with computer tools
* Good knowledge of English and German
* Good writing skills and spelling
