YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY TASKS:
1. Support Brand Managers in implementing the dermatology brand agenda across digital and classical channels for Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland;
2. Contribute to project management of advertising activities, including communication campaigns and digital branding (websites, e-commerce, online videos), as well as minor content updates;
3. Support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital campaigns (e.g. SEA, social media advertising, influencer activities) and create content for own B2C channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and newsletters;
4. Collaborate in the planning, preparation and execution of product launches and consumer promotions, including product sampling and distribution;
5. Localize existing global brand content into locally relevant materials for online advertising and e-content toolkits by adapting copy, design assets and formats to Swiss market requirements;
6. Prepare reports and presentations for dermatology brand projects (e.g. pricing strategy, competitive analysis) and support planning, implementation and tracking of point-of-sale (POS) activities and materials (e.g. leaflets, sales tools for Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers);
7. Monitor relevant market and consumer trends, contribute to the organization of larger team meetings (such as sales cycle meetings) and take on additional ad-hoc tasks that help the team move forward.
WHO YOU ARE
8. Student, preferably enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business Administration or a similar field, or in Pharmacy, Science or Nutrition, or enrolled as a Pharmacist HF;
9. Passion for consumer health trends, marketing and digital topics, with strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
10. Well organized, able to work independently with a quick understanding of new topics, and eager to take ownership;
11. Results-oriented, proactive and interested in solving complex problems, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and drive projects forward;
12. Solid analytical capabilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
13. Strong team player who can also work autonomously, with good collaboration and communication skills;
14. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
