We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to help shape the future of B2B fixed network and internet portfolio.
Your responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to Account Managers on complex B2B projects in the field of fixed network internet and networking solutions
* Support customer-facing teams throughout all phases of the sales cycle (opportunity, design, proposal, negotiation, closing)
* Design and validate tailored internet and fixed-line telephony solutions according to customer requirements
* Conduct on-site visits and technical assessments when required
* Work closely with product management and engineering to further develop existing solutions and integrate customer feedback into the product development process
* Take responsibility for the technical part of offers – from initial analysis through to final presentation
* Promote the development of technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the sales organization
* Ensure that documentation, pricing, solution sketches, and proposals are always consistent and up to date
Your profile
* Degree in telecommunications, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
* Solid knowledge of connectivity and telephony solutions (FTTH, xDSL, Ethernet, routing, SD-WAN)
* Knowledge in the field of IT security is an advantage
* Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales
* Strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate technical content clearly in a sales context
* Very good German or Swiss German and English skills; Italian and French are an advantage
* Strong communication and teamwork skills – ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams
* Curious, well-organized, and comfortable working in rapidly changing environments
* Reporting to the Director Product & Performance
