Job Description
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with department heads. Manage job postings, interviews, contract issuance, and onboarding.
* HR Administration & Documentation Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments.. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee all HR lifecycle documentation.
* Payroll & Social Security Oversee payroll processes for Swiss employees, including monthly salary runs and social insurance declarations (accident, sickness, pension, family allowances). Handle withholding tax filings.
* Labor Law & Compliance Ensure full compliance with Swiss labor law and applicable collective labor agreements. Advise management on legal matters and HR policies.
* Time & Attendance Management Monitor shift schedules and working time compliance. Support operational teams in optimizing workforce planning.
* Employee Relations & Support Serve as the primary HR contact for employees. Provide guidance on contracts, benefits, leave policies, and employment-related queries.
* Conflict Resolution & Disciplinary Support Assist managers in handling employee conflicts and disciplinary procedures. Draft relevant documentation and ensure fair processes.
* Performance & Exit Management Conduct performance reviews and exit interviews. Support dismissal procedures and manage offboarding protocols.
* Secondments & Regulatory Liaison Manage employee secondments and coordinate with Swiss authorities for all required notifications and documentation.
* HR Strategy & Projects Contribute to group-wide HR initiatives including digitalization, training programs, and employer branding.
The Successful Applicant
* Education University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Swiss HR certification (HR Fachausweis) is a plus.
* Experience 8 years of HR experience, including leadership roles. Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is highly valued.
* Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of Swiss labor law and social security systems. Experience with payroll systems and contract management. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
* Languages Fluent in French and English.
* Soft Skills Excellent communication, discretion, and conflict resolution abilities. Strong organizational and advisory skills.
