Job Description
The Marketing Capability Director - International CMA will play a pivotal role in advancing the International Commercial agenda by designing, implementing, and institutionalizing marketing capability frameworks and assessment tools across International. The role involves close collaboration with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies to strengthen marketing capabilities and translate insights into scalable development initiatives.
Provide strategic and operational support to the International Marketing Excellence Director in shaping and executing the marketing excellence roadmap.
Support development of a comprehensive international marketing capability framework with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
Co‑create a robust, data‑driven assessment framework to evaluate capabilities across 10 key markets and the rest of International (Q2).
Support end‑to‑end execution of the capability assessment across selected markets (Q2).
Build and maintain a centralized library of training programs and capability frameworks.
Support internal stakeholder mapping for the Marketing Excellence function.
Coordinate with external agencies on framework design and assessment methodology.
Liaise with market teams, HR, and agency partners to ensure timely, consistent, high‑quality delivery.

The Successful Applicant
