Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:6-month temporary contractResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze market performance across sales, distributors, products, and channels, identifying growth opportunities and optimization leversSupport the achievement of commercial objectives through forecasting, KPI tracking, and business performance analysisExecute global marketing campaigns and drive impactful local market activationsSupport commercial initiatives including incentives, sell-in campaigns, bundles, and sales enablement toolsServe as the key point of contact between HQ and international distributors for marketing, sales, and event-related activitiesPartner with distributors to implement marketing plans and accelerate business growth across marketsCoordinate and deliver international medical events, including congresses, workshops, trainings, and expert meetingsManage Medical Education initiatives and contribute to KOL engagement strategiesSupport product launches and local activation plans across international marketsOversee event logistics and operational execution, including budgeting and coordinationCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Finance teams on strategic projectsAnalyze campaign and event performance to continuously improve future activations and impactProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or business development, ideally within aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, or pharma industriesFluent in English (written and spoken); advanced Spanish required; French is a strong plusSolid experience in operational marketing and multi-market campaign activationExperience working with international distributor networks and healthcare professional (HCP) environmentsStrong background in organizing professional events and coordinating international projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven jid2015f08afr jit0520afr jpiy26afr
