Summary:

Otis Switzerland is seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across the Swiss market. This role focuses on both strengthening existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with Otis’s commitment to excellence in vertical transportation solutions.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers in Switzerland, in close collaboration with regional and branch teams.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

3. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within targeted industries (e.g., real estate, facility management, construction).

4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Service, Modernization, New Equipment) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

5. Monitor account performance, sales targets, and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and results.

6. Represent Otis Switzerland in client meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations.

What You Bring:

7. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or strategic account management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.

8. Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels.

9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

11. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Education & Certifications:

12. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required

13. Master’s degree is a plus
