Join us as our new Groups Sales Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts. This role involves managing residential events from contract signing, revenue optimization, and processing non-residential requests. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the sale of accommodations and conference facilities to maximize revenue.
2. Processing guest requests personally and formulating tailored proposals.
3. Responding to guests according to brand standards.
4. Negotiating, conducting site inspections, and signing contracts with residential clients.
5. Using lead qualification and group conversion processes daily to increase conversion rates.
6. Optimizing revenue through upselling and market trend awareness.
7. Establishing estimates and conducting negotiations based on client requests.
8. Maintaining high-quality contact with key clients and attentively listening to their feedback.
Requirements include a higher degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, 2-3 years experience as a Group Sales Manager or 1-2 years as a hotel manager in a 4- or 5-star establishment with over 200 rooms, fluency in French and English, and proficiency in Opera and Delphi.
