**Job Description:**
As a Leidinggevend Monteur Elektrotechniek, you will independently perform various installation tasks on electrical installations and be responsible for executing projects in both utility and industrial sectors. You will aim for high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. You will actively participate in coordinating work, leading colleagues, ensuring a positive work environment, and assisting in the development of technicians. Since you will work on-site at the customer’s location, there may be periods during projects where you are on the company's expense.
Your core tasks include:
Coordinating project execution
Delegating tasks to technicians and assistants
Ensuring optimal project execution
Attending construction meetings
Recording additional work and reporting to the assembly leader
Maintaining revisions
Reporting deviations and deficiencies in tools and installations
Keeping technical knowledge up-to-date
**Candidate Profile:**
You are the face of the organization, so customer friendliness, independence, stress resistance, and flexibility are essential. You should also meet the following criteria:
Minimum MBO-3 level education, supplemented with specialized courses
VCA-VOL certification
Valid B driving license
Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
