Job Description
1. Provide Level 3 business support for Endur-related trade and lifecycle issues
2. Own and support trade booking, amendments, and complex deal structures
Ensure end-to-end trade lifecycle integrity and control adherence
3. Work closely with Trading, Risk, and Middle Office to resolve operational issues
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT
4. Support business-led change initiatives and process improvements
5. Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of ETRM changes
6. Contribute to documentation of business processes and controls
Qualifications
7. Strong understanding of energy trading and ETRM trade lifecycles
8. 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with Endur
9. Ability to analyse complex trades and operational issues
10. Strong communication skills across business and technology teams
11. Experience working in Middle Office, Operations, or Trading support roles
12. High attention to detail and strong control mindset
