This role is ideal for someone who can confidently coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards. /ppYou will oversee HVAC and infrastructure‑focused projects, with the flexibility to support additional technical or construction disciplines based on organizational needs. /ppKey Responsibilities /pliLead and manage multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover. /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. /liliOversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation. /liliReview and validate proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and contractor performance. /liliManage change orders, negotiations, claims, and contract administration. /liliConduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. /liliPrepare project reports, governance materials, and ensure transparent communication. /liliFacilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English. /liliSupport the transition of completed facilities into operations, including close‑out documentation and warranties. /lippbQualifications /b /p /pliBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. /lili3+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments (pharma/biotech experience a plus). /liliGood understanding of HVAC systems and infrastructure‑related technical topics. /liliFamiliarity with Swiss construction standards (, SIA), regulatory frameworks, and procurement processes. /liliStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. /liliProficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and presentations. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /liliExperience leading teams, managing commissions, or supporting business development is an advantage. /liliHigh integrity and commitment to ethical standards. /liliFluency in English and German. /lippbAdditional Information /b /p /ppOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
