Your Responsibilities
","
* Implementing and managing execution of all events platforms
* Act as liaison between marketing, commercial, press and PR teams
* Consolidate and update event decks to report to senior management
* Brief both internal and external partners on projects
* Manage event details to produce top-level brand experience
* Contract and manage multiple vendors and resources
* Review and ensure all proper legal documentations related to each project
* Respect project timeline and follow finance and accounting process
* Onsite event management - Oversee the operational, technical and production
* Support markets – ensure coherence in concept adaptation and submit local events decks

Required Skills and Qualifications
","
* 8 years' experience in Events and Brand Experience, with proven large-scale event production
* High standard experience within a luxury brand or an agency with luxury portfolio
* Strong organizational skills and follow-up skills
* Strong sense of priority and anticipating events needs
* Excellent attention to details
* Strong team spirit and collaboration
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluent in French and English
