Account Executive B2B SaaS - Europe Region (100%) at Spacewise. Spacewise is an innovative proptech startup headquartered in Zurich, revolutionizing the way commercial landlords manage, market and rent their portfolios and spaces online and operating the premier online marketplace for pop-up and promotional spaces. We empower brands and tenants of all sizes to effortlessly search, evaluate, and book locations for events, pop-ups, and promotions. For landlords, we provide tools for seamless shop space management. Our platform is trusted by major names and hosts promotional activities for many brands. This role supports growth in the DACH market as part of Spacewise’s revenue strategy.

Responsibilities
* Manage your portfolio of accounts: Collaborate with your SDR to generate interest and drive product adoption. Lead pilot projects with the customer success team, secure long-term contracts, and guide the sales process to close multi-year and high-value deals.
* Carry out all sales activities: Engage in calls, social media interactions, online demos, in-person meetings, negotiations, and presentations to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams: Leverage internal resources and insights, working with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
* Solution selling: Understand clients’ challenges and goals, present Spacewise solutions, and demonstrate value.
* Participate in industry events: Build your professional network and promote Spacewise at relevant events.
* Maintain records: Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and provide regular reports on progress and pipeline status.
* Achieve revenue goals: Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Customer onboarding and support: Assist new customers with onboarding and transition to the customer success team.
* Upselling & Cross-selling: Maintain ongoing relationships to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
* Market research: Stay informed about industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
* Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, closing complex, high-value deals in excess of €100k annually.
* A hunter mindset with proactive outreach to pursue new business opportunities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and take on challenges.
* Strong storytelling, data-driven engagement, and a strategic, creative thinking approach.
* Proven ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
* Excellent communication with motivation and diplomatic skills.
* Location and language: Based in Switzerland, fluent in native German and professional English; French is a plus.
