In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery and operation of core technology solutions, ensuring a sustainable and modular software landscape. You will manage multiple development teams and external partners, driving technical excellence, process standardization, and continuous innovation.
Your responsibilities
* Lead software delivery teams (internal and external), ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with strategic direction
* Define and enforce development processes, modular architecture, and reusable software components
* Oversee operations of core technology systems and implement 3rd-level support processes
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration with external delivery partners

Your profile
* Proven experience as a lead developer with strong technical leadership
* Track record of managing multiple software delivery teams and subcontractors
* Degree in engineering/science or equivalent technical background
* Expertise in Microsoft-based ecosystems (.NET, Azure) and agile methodologies
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience advising senior stakeholders
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
