Care Manager 80%-100% The Glâne Health Network represents the 14 municipalities of the Glâne district. It consists of three socio-medical establishments (235 beds, including 24 beds in a Day Care Center with 8 places, a Stay Unit with 12 beds, and the Home Care and Support Service (ASDG). As a member of the management team, you will participate in defining and developing care services. You will ensure the quality, safety, and continuity of care while bringing together multidisciplinary teams around a common vision focused on community health. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing the entire care and support sector of the EMS, developing and fostering committed and multidisciplinary teams by promoting a common vision and adherence to network values, collaborating with socio-medical partners, representing the network in meetings and working groups related to care services, leading projects, and anticipating the evolving needs of the sector. Profile: Diploma in nursing (HES) or an equivalent recognized higher education in health management (MAS, DAS or postgraduate in clinical or care management), minimum of 7 years in a senior management position within the health sector, preferably in the socio-medical field. Knowledge of the socio-health environment in the canton of Fribourg. Ability to work as a team, mastery of acute care management, a spirit of collaboration and motivation to unite teams.
