Job Title:

Our team seeks a visionary sales leader to develop and execute growth strategies across the EMEA region.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Align with our brand vision to create a multi-year strategy for all channels and accounts.
* Establish a compelling customer experience vision, breadth of services, and standards that provide a competitive advantage.
* Closely collaborate with senior teams across disciplines to influence account proposition development, including product assortment, allocation, store/online design, visual look, and marketing/promotions.
* Provide market insights and opportunities for accelerated growth.
* Monitor market trends and competition.
* Develop and communicate an inspired retail vision to drive teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Effectively manage countries and their profitability within budgeted parameters.
* Cooperate with other brands to maximize synergies and opportunities.
* Build high-level relationships in key accounts and leverage VF and Altra senior management contact.
* Lead plans, actions, and decisions that drive sales growth, increase margin, and profit.
* Evolve productivity through accelerating top-line growth, improving gross margins, managing expenses, and building central support efficiencies.
* Build and foster effective relationships with direct reports and business partners that result in confidence, morale, and spirit within the team.
* Model people leadership and development through coaching; provide guidance and development on business goals and plans.
* Partner with HR to ensure talent and people goals are achieved, and actionable succession plans are in place for business continuity and long-term career growth.

Requirements:

* A degree in Business and Economics is preferred but not required. We value your total experience and professional achievements.
* Deep knowledge and experience in European running specialties.
* Extensive years of key account management or similar experience in FMCG or sports/outdoor brands.
* Experience managing teams across different countries, leading, coaching, and developing team members.
* Understanding of running and outdoor consumers and preferably being an active participant.
* Skills in crafting mutual strategic plans, measuring execution, creating exceptional customer relationships at all levels.
* Analytical and strategic abilities, using facts for decision-making.
* Fluent English, German a plus.
