Key Responsibilities
* Develops and maintains programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting.
* Designs and implements analysis datasets (e.g., ADaM) and reviews study documentation from a programming perspective.
* Creates tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) in line with trial protocols and statistical plans.
* Performs quality control (QC) and documents results per SOPs.
* Supports study teams with data presentation and interpretation.
* Provides input on technical issues and proposes solutions.
* Keeps programming and documentation (datasets, metadata, TLFs) up to date and audit-ready.
* Contributes to internal projects and continuous improvement of programming standards and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
* University degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
* Strong SAS programming skills and experience with statistical analysis of clinical trials.
* Good understanding of CDISC standards, especially SDTM and ADaM.
* Basic knowledge of R and other programming languages is a plus.
* At least 4 years of experience in statistical programming, including 3 years in pharma or CRO.
* Familiarity with ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations.
* Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, self-driven mindset.
