We are currently looking in our Landquart for an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) in fulltime.
The role’s main responsibilities are:
Co-Responsible for entire Store Performance
Manage, inspire and coach Store staff
Develop and maintain a thorough up-to-date understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.
Provide excellent Customer Service at all times, promoting the messages outlined in the Diesel Customer Service book
Maintain and update product knowledge using all available tools
Achieve Store goals
What requirements you need to have:
Strong commercial, customer service and communication skills
Management skills and experience
We prefer 1-2 years experience in a similar surrounding/job
Passion for fashion
Responsible and pro-active
Flexible
Knowledge of the English language
