Your responsibilities include: - Leading and executing client communication and direct marketing projects. - This includes legally required communications and sales-driven direct mail campaigns for the Swiss market. - Managing both standalone initiatives and integrated campaigns across awareness, consideration, and lead generation stages. - Driving projects from concept to execution, including briefing, budgeting, implementation, digital and physical production and performance measurement. - Developing creative concepts in collaboration with internal and external partners, including image editing and preparation for channels such as direct mail and email marketing. - Coordinating localization processes, including translation and proofreading. - Creating performance reports across all channels and deriving actionable insights. - Ensuring timely delivery of milestones and outputs. - Managing multiple projects independently and efficiently. - Applying continuous learning to optimize processes and improve outcomes. - Building a strong internal network across UBS and beyond. - Working with content management and planning tools effectively. The team is interdisciplinary, collaborative, and committed to delivering an excellent client communication experience. You-ll also work closely with other disciplines within Marketing & Digital Sales Switzerland. This role will be on a limited contract until 30.11.2026.
