Responsibilities:
* Work on tariff adjustments, restructuring concepts, and product adjustments
* Develop actuarial databases for evaluating and monitoring portfolio profitability
* Design and ensure underwriting policies and approval processes
* Participate in creating the reinsurance program and manage facultative reinsurance coverage
Requirements:
* Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, economics, natural sciences)
* Experience in the insurance industry (product development, pricing, or reinsurance is a plus)
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an independent working style
* Team player with excellent German and English skills
