Responsibilities
Process optimization: redesign and streamline existing processes to ensure scalability and eliminate manual work. Ensure all processes are optimized for automation and aligned across the Distribution team.
Define and implement new processes that drive operational efficiency and business goals.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports on HubSpot and Tableau. Turn data into actionable insights, showcase pipeline trends and boost sales.
Enable teams to operate with data‑driven insights and scalable infrastructure.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers, deal transition and KPI alignment.
Partner with key stakeholders in the Distribution team to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities and process improvements.
Support cross‑team initiatives that enhance productivity and data transparency.
Oversee the tender process, ensuring deadlines are met and requirements are accurately addressed. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product and legal to tailor tender submissions to meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Experience in Sales or Business Development of 2+ years.
Proven experience in defining and implementing back‑office sales processes, tool implementation and automation preferably in a SaaS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Ability to effectively present and engage with cross‑functional teams.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness.
Organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and find solutions to challenges faced by the sales team, together with the team lead.
