Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a modern PaaS infrastructure within a team; analyze requirements, initiate and monitor corrective measures.
* Operate and configure virtual machines and container systems (cloud and on-premises IT infrastructures).
* Integrate cloud solutions (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, etc.).
* Manage operations and engineering with System Center.
* Handle VM and VMM operations.
* Support and prepare training materials for Microsoft 365.
* Ensure proper system documentation and policies.
Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science with initial or several years of professional experience.
* Experience in Microsoft client/server environments and cloud services.
* Knowledge of common Microsoft server operating systems, roles, and features.
* Strong analytical and methodological skills with the ability to recognize complex relationships.
* High motivation, responsibility, and reliability.
* Customer-oriented personality with an independent and structured work approach.
* Native German speaker with very good English skills.
