Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to acquire contacts and maintain relationships with Civil Aviation Authorities and equivalent organizations worldwide. This role involves renewing annual subscriptions, tracking and obtaining aeronautical publications, and ensuring timely distribution to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire and maintain relationships with Civil Aviation Authorities and equivalent organizations worldwide
* Reneew annual subscriptions for AIP amendment services
* Track and obtain aeronautical publications for the 28-day AIRAC cycle
* Full responsibility for source procurement related work tasks
* Monitor, record, and verify incoming aeronautical publications
* Ensure on-time distribution of aeronautical publications to internal customers
* Clarify inconsistencies in publication methods applying relevant ICAO rules
* Process clarification requests concerning formatting errors or missing publications
* Handle customers' requests
* Participate in internal projects
Requirements:
* Several years of professional experience in business administration
* Strong English skills (written and spoken); German or any other language skills are a plus
* Strong communication and diplomatic skills
* Solution-oriented approach
* Pro-active, self-dependent, and conscientious team player
* CUSTOMER AND SERVICE ORIENTED
* Structured work approach and ability to prioritize work
* High degree of flexibility, discipline, and commitment
* Ability to work under time pressure and high workload
* Experienced MS-Office user (especially Word and Excel)
* Knowledge of aeronautical information publications
