About the role WellD is looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Java/Kotlin) to join its internal dev team in Lugano. Where you’ll work The position is based in Southern Switzerland, with a hybrid on-site/remote setup (4 days per week in the office and 1 day working remotely). What tech we use Our main tech stack includes Java/Kotlin and TypeScript, ReactJS and React Native. We version our projects on GitLab, and rely heavily on containerization through Docker, both for development and CI/CD purposes. We care about software quality and have a proper methodology/pipeline to ensure it is always achieved. We do not just-code-it, we design it.
