To support our growing team and the increasing complexity of our operations, we’re looking for an on-site, experienced and autonomous HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team.
What you’ll do:
You’ll play a key role by:
* Preparing agreements, amendments, and termination letters.
* Maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS system.
* Issuing employment confirmations, reference letters, and other HR documents.
* Owning payroll process by coordinating internal and external payroll resources.
* Supporting bonus and salary review cycles.
* Taking care of benefits, insurance, and leave administration.
* Managing the office.
What you’ll bring:
Required:
* 5+ years of HR experience, personnel coordination, or a similar role.
* HR certificate.
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
* Hands‑on experience with HR systems (e.g. HRIS) and MS Office tools.
* Deep understanding of Swiss labour law and social insurances.
* Experience or interest in payroll processes.
* Proactive and reliable mindset, with a service‑oriented attitude and team spirit.
Nice‑to‑Haves:
* Familiarity with Swiss HR software (e.g. BambooHR or Abacus).
* Experience working in a FINMA regulated company.
