Discover your exciting role
You will assume technical and commercial responsibility for our projects across all phases of project management. From concept development (CD) through basic design (BD) and detailed design (DD) to implementation, commissioning, and qualification, you will lead both national and international projects. These typically involve the construction or renovation of complex production areas, entire manufacturing facilities, or laboratory buildings for pharmaceutical companies. As a general planner, you will integrate all internal disciplines and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams.

* Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
* Planning and monitoring overall project progress throughout all phases
* Managing deliverables, quality, timelines, budgets, and milestones
* Project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
* Facilitating project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers
* Leading team meetings covering topics such as scheduling, quality, costs, timeline assurance measures, and emerging challenges
* Scope and change management
* Overseeing suppliers throughout all project phases
* Coordinating internal and external approval processes
* Coaching and supporting the project team
Show your expertise
You're a great fit for us if you have completed a degree in engineering - ideally in chemical engineering, biotechnology, process engineering, building services engineering, technical building equipment, or architecture - and bring at least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable role, including the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
Ideally, you also hold a project management certification such as PMP.
We're looking for a goal-oriented individual with a structured approach to work, quick comprehension, and a strong hands-on mentality.
As a leadership personality, you demonstrate confident presence and proactive decision-making, serve as a role model for your team, and possess the assertiveness needed to drive results. You have a strong ability to empathize with our clients, show great enthusiasm, and maintain focus on what matters—even in high-pressure situations.
Fluency in both German and English is required.
