Your main responsibilities
1. Origination & Structured Energy Management (SEM) Support: Act as a subject-matter expert for structured energy product, supporting deal execution, confirmations and life cycle management
2. Deal capture: Responsible for entering non-standard and complex deals for Trading & Originations. Maintain trading systems, ensure data consistency, and resolve technical or operational issues
3. Front Office Support: Provide operational support to Front Office in their daily activities which include:
4. New product testing & implementation: Assist with the rollout of new products by performing system testing, validating configurations, and ensuring operational readiness
5. Onboarding and Exchange management: Act as the key point of contact for exchanges, overseeing all onboarding processes, documentation, memberships, and fee administration
6. Support for clearing houses, brokers, and auction offices: Coordinate trader registrations and maintain smooth communication with external stakeholders
Your profile
7. University degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
8. 3-5 years of experience in the energy trading sector or in commodity structured product
9. Strong analytical ability, organizational ability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
10. Keen interest in the energy origination business and fast-paced trading environment
11. Fluency in English is a must. German, French or Italian is an advantage
