Employee Lifecycle Specialist
At our organization, we're looking for an experienced and skilled Employee Lifecycle Specialist to manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure.
* Develop and implement effective employee onboarding processes.
* Ensure accurate and compliant HR data and employee files.
* Act as the main HR contact for apprentices and trainees, providing guidance and support throughout their tenure.
* Offer first-line HR support to employees and managers, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Support conflict management, disciplinary meetings, and terminations when required, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Advise employees on insurance, social security, tax, immigration, and payroll topics, ensuring they understand their entitlements and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment administration, including job postings, screening, interviews, and references.
* End-to-end recruitment management, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.
* Support and train managers on recruitment practices, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Coordinate staff events, collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure successful outcomes.
* Contribute to developing a positive workplace culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
HR Operations & Team Support
* Prepare various HR documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Support HR projects, Staff Committee activities, and process improvements, driving continuous improvement within the organization.
* Provide operational backup to HR team members, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
