The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into high-quality technological solutions. /p pThis role requires strong experience in international organizations, exposure to global environments, and a solid background working within Agile delivery frameworks. /p ul liCollaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements /li liTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications /li liFacilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams /li liSupport the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives /li liWork closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) /li liCreate and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria /li liParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives /li liEnsure end-to-end traceability of requirements and validate delivered solutions against business expectations /li liSupport testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and contribute to quality assurance /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and IT solutions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field /li liProven experience as an IT Business Analyst (typically 5+ years) /li liStrong experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and multicultural environments /li liDemonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) /li liAbility to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills /li liExperience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) /li liSolid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and integration concepts /li liFluent in English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Job Offer /h3 pAttractive environment /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
