Join us and contribute to the company's success.What you will accomplish- Supervise the production of frozen products, from the receipt of raw materials to packaging, ensuring the smooth running of each stage.- Ensure the efficiency, fluidity, and continuity of production processes and compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards, and address non-conformities with quality teams.- Manage, motivate, and train staff involved in processes related to frozen products.- Ensure fluid communication and good coordination between production, logistics, quality, and other interfaces.- Plan production volumes according to sales forecasts, storage capacities, and stock levels to prevent shortages, overproduction, and ensure optimal product availability.- Optimize resources, monitor production KPIs, and contribute to sustainability projects.What you bring- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship in the meat products field or equivalent qualification.
